It says there is a pool and sauna, but there isn't. Isn't this a problem? I think there is a problem with the management system of this CTrip site.
They don't even clean the room if you stay multiple nights.

Brand new hotel. Linens, WC's all in excellent condition. Room included bathrobe and slippers, and plenty of free bottled water. Breakfast had hot and cold options- plenty of protein options as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. 2 espresso/cappuccino machines plus juices and teas.
