I had a terrible double check in at this hotel. At around 9pm, my friend and I were two ladies. I was taking a shower and my friend was lying on the bed. A stranger swiped the room card given by the front desk and opened the room. Our room, he was also shocked that there was someone in the room. In other words, the front desk arranged for someone else to stay in the room we had already checked into, because the front desk was not operated by one person. When I went to find them at night, they said there was a problem with the system. I didn't sleep well all night because I was worried that someone would come in because the door could not be locked from the inside. Door. When I went to check out the next day and printed out the registration cad, I found that they had got the name and gender of the person staying there wrong. Moreover, there are two identical room numbers on the same floor of the hotel, so it is easy for customers to get confused and someone may try to swipe your door using the wrong room number. I advise everyone to stay in a more formal hotel.

По приезду меня заселили в стандартный номер в другом здании, без предупреждения и объяснений. Сам номер был хуже по качеству и не соответствовал описанию вообще. Самое возмутительное — моя бронь в Booking была отменена без моего согласия, чтобы я не мог оставить отзыв. Но я реально проживал в отеле и оплатил полную сумму — $200, как за люкс. Это прямое нарушение прав клиента и мошенническое поведение. Очень плохой сервис. Не советую! + очень плохое местоположение! ------- ❌ I do not recommend this hotel. I booked a Suite through *********** for the dates June 18–21. The listing showed pictures of a spacious, high-quality room. However, when I arrived, I was placed in a standard room in a different building without any notice or explanation. The room was completely different from what was shown in the photos — smaller and much lower in quality. What’s worse, my booking was cancelled in the system without my consent, just to prevent me from leaving a review. I still stayed at the hotel and paid the full amount of $200, which was the price of a Suite. This is a clear violation of customer rights and feels like a scam. Terrible service. Avoid this place.

Я хотела написать хороший отзыв на букинге, но отель не захотел прислать ссылку. Некрасиво! Тем более, что отель хороший, соотношение цена-качество просто замечательное! Не советую только останавливаться в одиночном номере- слишком мало воздуха, нет окон, ужасная слышимость. Да и стандарт уборки слишком низкий - не пропылесосили ни разу.

For unpretentious guests. Excellent value: price - quality. Good rooms: of course there is something to find fault with (little things like: traces of roof leaks, wind-blown windows, bad internet in places, not ideal cleanliness). But the affordable price + the availability of breakfast and pleasant staff make up for everything. Banks, bazaars, cafes, fast food, shopping centers - everything is nearby.

All good reviews are fake reviews. I fell for it! Don't book a suite - a broken sofa awaits you! The rooms are not cleaned, to say the least, girls in purple clothes like maids - just sit in the room all day and laugh. The furniture and renovation are old. The most important thing is the smells are unbearable. The suite has a transparent toilet, just right for children. At breakfast - defrosted food from a week ago. Several times there was sour cottage cheese and compote! The Internet works for two hours a day at most, and they constantly make excuses. Don't book, this is written by a person who experienced everything himself, and not another fake review, and avoid this place! The pool is actually not working - it's just a scam! They also cunningly ask to cancel the booking, Booking is a scam 😂. But you can't leave a review there 😭
