It was a nice clean hotel and what made it amazing the helpful staff . You can also leave your luggage after checking out if you need a place to keep your luggage while you go to the mountains. We kept our luggage for two days for free.

The Hotel is near the Airport and a 20 min drive from the centre. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are all new. also, the room are technological, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is pretty good, there is a relatively big choice of food. The coffee comes from an automatic machine, but I didn't expect much more than this. The service, from the cleaning, to the reception, is amazing. Great personnel

Honestly, the service was good. Be it day or night, the staffs were very helpful and always there to help you. I appreciate very much! Their service is similarly where you will get from a renowned hotel. However, if you want to be in the centre of the city, then you might want to consider because the location is quite far from the touristy sights. As for me, I am a solo traveller, and I always like to wander around further from the city whichever country I’m in, hence I chose this hotel. But worry not, if you have or download Yandexgo (similar to Uber), then you could just travel by taxi from the app. It’s cheap and affordable. You can even order food or engage a delivery service. There’s also a local fastfood Evos beside the hotel and also a convenience store across the road. Overall, I am satisfied during my 4-day stay.

Check in staff was a bit rude and couldn't quite comprehend English. The free spa voucher could only be used in the sauna. There is no lunch served in the restaurant and the staff were confused too. Good slippers provided. Located in a non tourist part of Tashkent near the airport

The hotel is great! The price, location, attitude of the staff and room facilities are super! The bathroom has everything you need, all the cosmetics, slippers, hairdryer. Kettle, tea, coffee.
