Requested the hotel for airport transfer as my flight was to arrive in Tashkent at 1:00 AM. They arranged the transfer and kept in touch with me throughout. The car was there by the time I walked out of the airport. The service was excellent, good clean room and excellent breakfast. I had to leave for Samarkand for a few days. Once again my request to keep my luggage with them until I returned to Tashkent was met without any issues. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located near the main street, new bed & room, nice front desk, helped me to find things, pharmacy, they were good guy, and lady, friendly english speaking staff of the hotel.

The hotel is about half an hour's drive from the airport. It's easy to take a taxi and there's not much traffic. There are some supermarkets and an evos around, so it's convenient to eat and buy things. The hygiene situation is quite satisfactory. For domestic travelers, the sockets that do not require conversion and the manual washlet should be a surprise. The decoration style is similar to that of domestic express hotels. I saw a swimming pool and a sauna, but I didn't see anyone using it. The service staff was very friendly, but when I checked out, the girl was unskilled and wanted to charge me a tax. It was later confirmed that the fee was included in the payment when I checked in. Despite the flaws, the overall attitude is good. Breakfast has a rich variety.

I booked the hotel for 1 night, in fact it was only for 4 hours because of the night flight. The staff allowed me to check out an hour later, thank you! The room is about 20 sq. m, a comfortable large bed, there is tea, a kettle, water. There is carpet on the floor, everything is clean. The service is average, but the hotel room is quiet, clean and sanitary. It was said that there was a translation recommendation before, but it was average.

The female front desk was unfriendly because the room was being cleaned. She asked the front desk if there was a restroom. She said no, and then she accidentally discovered that it was not far from the front desk. I asked the front desk to get a bottle of mineral water, and the front desk said I needed to go to the coffee bar to buy it. The room is very small and the sanitation is not cleaned. The city center of Tashkent is not big and there are many hotels in the same price range to choose from.
