The place has a super location. It’s near the city, but actually located in the hot Springs area. We love the landscape and the view. There are a lot of activities that we can do in the hotel, like horse riding, feeding the animals, canoeing, flying fox, swimming, even fishing. The cleanliness of the rooms are not so good. Maybe it was not easy to maintain such big place. My kids love the activities offered there. For me it is a little bit too bustling, especially in the swimming pool area. Because there are a lot of people who weren’t staying in the hotel that could buy a ticket to swim there, so the swimming pool area is not very comfortable to swim in. People are buying a lot of instant noodles and coffees, and they just throw the garbage everywhere. There are cigarette butts, cups, and noodle bows littered absolutely everywhere. I think they should limit how many outsiders could buy a ticket to swim so the area will be still comfortable for the hotel guests, and hire more people to clean. The food was horrible, especially for breakfast, it was almost inedible.

The swimming pool is okay. There are hot and cold pools. The fun part is the tipping bucket..the kids are waiting for it. Didn't try the restaurant food. But the bathroom is not comfortable because when taking a bath you have to get in the bathtub and use the shower. The bathroom lights are dim.

It's great to stay here. There are many activities, you can play canoe, flying fox, swimming. The hotel view is really nice. It's just a shame that the room I stayed in had very small water, the bathroom closet was a bit dirty and dark. So far the service is ok, the staff are friendly.. the hot water pool is also a bit dirty.

The childhood memory hotel has hardly changed. In addition to its great location, there is a water park for water bike riding.

The location is strategic, many of the facilities are free, from swimming pools, flying fox, water ducks, playgrounds. pocket friendly accommodation prices. The atmosphere is cool and please repair the exterior and interior of the building which is starting to look damaged or dirty. For cleanliness, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the towels. Thank you, the service is very good and the food is delicious.
