Absolutely stunning hotel. The rooms are big and beautifully decorated. They have thought of everything from binoculars to look out for dolphins/whales to free popcorn and ice cream. Drinking water fountains on each floor. The rooftop pool is incredible. Great views of the port. Breakfast was a good buffet. We had a wonderful 4 nights here

Just returned from this brilliant hotel, spotlessly clean, charming staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent, as was the lovely roof top pool/bar where you are looked after by the charming Nick! Highly recommended.

Our family of 6 (2 teens, parents, grandparents) loved this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, everything is spotlessly clean, the room decor and lighting was all beautiful, the shampoo/soap/lotion provided was amazing, the rooms were quiet, the swimming pool was fun for our teens, and the breakfast buffet was incredible— huge selection of traditional, local, and familiar foods. We wished we could have spent more nights here. The only downside is that the room A/C automatically shut off when we weren’t in the room or weren’t active (sitting still for a long time), and we couldn’t figure out how to change that setting— but to be fair, we didn’t call to ask the front desk. If we stayed again we would call to ask for help with this. When the A/C was on, the room was very comfortable and cool. We were on the top floor which may also have made the temp warmer when the A/C wasn’t running. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for families or couples planning to take the ferry to Tangier for the day — it is a 5 minute walk to the port (literally… you can see the hotel from the exit to the port when you come back on the ferry). Would definitely stay again.

We only stayed one night in this magnificent and truly very special Hotel. It’s a 4 star but I can 100% confirm we had a definite 5 star experience. The atmosphere is very positive and the management does an excellent job communicating and implementing substainable practices throughout the entire hotel. Apart from the very individual and beautiful design ( Moroccan influenced) there are so may special surprising services that made our stay unforgettable. E.g. they offer fresh popcorn every day in the lobby, available free spring water on every floor, 1x free mini bar upon check in, binoculars in the room, L’Occitane products in the bathroom and many more little nice things that surprised us. The bfast ist definitely something “Grand”. Very very seldom have we even experienced such a fantastic exclusive buffet in a 5 star Hotel! What I thought was superb was the professional juicer. You could choose your veggies/fruit and prepare your individual fresh juice. The healthy ( mostly local) products are of high quality and there is truly such a huge offer of food items that you don’t know what to choose first. Absolutely delicious…! The staff everywhere in the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. We want to thank Mrs. May Ka at the reception for the warm welcome, great service and all the good tips ref sightseeing. We can only hope that the Management will keep up this excellent high standard. The price/ value is really amazing! We had a room with seaharbour view and enjoyed watching all the busy harbour traffic…ferries, fishermen etc. Next time we would book the same room but preferably on a higher floor not 1st floor. Location could not be better…few minutes walk to the old town in one direction and a few minutes walk to the beach in the other direction. They have a good underground parking at an extra cost.
