The hotel environment is very good and the facilities are great. The bar provides a lot of drinks, fruits and snacks. The top floor of the hotel has a beautiful view of the entire scenery of Tarifa. It is located in the old city, but it takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the center of the old city. The breakfast is also very rich and the service staff is very good.

Very amazing house. We came here by boat from Morocco. We signed up for a whale watching boat right after we got off the boat. We can walk to the hotel from the pier. The large rooftop platform has a great view. When the weather is good, you can see Africa. The front desk lady is very nice. Because there was a problem with the credit card and the pre-authorization could not be swiped, she waited for us to check in. We are very satisfied with the Ctrip lady who helped us negotiate. Although the breakfast is simple, it is super exquisite. I am very satisfied and it exceeded my expectations.

Estuve varios días en el hotel y hemos quedado muy satisfechos con la experiencia. Nos ha gustado todo, el buffet, la habitación, la cama, el trato del personal, la ubicación.. además tiene un parking a poca distancia. Repetiremos sin duda.

Lovely little hotel. Great location in the old town. The receptionist was very helpful. Good communication from making the booking and on arrival. Our room on the second floor was very clean. Breakfast was continental with a good choice, eaten in the inner courtyard that had a fabulous living wall. We would definitely stay here again.

Es muy bonito y acogedor. Tiene muy buena Ubicación, en el casco histórico, aunque está en el centro es muy silencioso. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido lo comodisima que es la cama y almohadas. Las chicas de recepción y la sra del buffet son muy simpáticas, te recomiendan restaurantes, playas etc. Buffet chiquito, pero rico! Volveremos... Gracias por todo!

El hotel tiene muchos puntos a favor: excelente ubicación, decoración moderna, habitaciones bien equipadas y un desayuno completo. Es un hotel pequeño (solo 14 habitaciones), muy tranquilo, donde uno podría sentirse como en casa. En términos generales, tiene nivel para aspirar a 5 estrellas. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia se vio empañada por un problema importante de gestión del personal. Durante el primer desayuno, en lo que debería haber sido un momento relajado, nos encontramos escuchando a la recepcionista y a una empleada de limpieza discutir a gritos y sacar trapos sucios internos del hotel en plena sala. La situación fue tan incómoda que varios huéspedes tuvimos que intervenir para pedirles que bajaran la voz y nos dejaran desayunar en paz. Intentamos contactar con la dirección del hotel para reportar lo ocurrido, pero no obtuvimos respuesta ni por redes sociales ni por email. Esto transmite una sensación de falta de control y liderazgo por parte de la gerencia, lo cual es una pena, porque el hotel tiene mucho que ofrecer. We had a wonderful stay at the Kook Hotel! Maria and Orianna welcomed us, answered our questions, and even packed a breakfast for an early morning day tour! Great location inside old city, walk to everything, comfortable beds and rooms, beautiful views from rooftop deck and delicious breakfast! We highly recommend this hotel!
