"The hotel focus on customer service is the best I have had during my trip to Taiwan. The shuttle bus service to and fro from Taoyuan HSR station really made up for the inconvenient location. The buffet breakfast offers variety and quality. Rooms were clean and amenities were all thought off for customer experience. This would be the hotel I would stayed for staying if I ever need to get an early flight out off Taoyuan international airport."

"Overall, a pleasant experience with Le Room Hotel. Pricing is very affordable and value for money if you are just looking for a place to rest and stay.
Breakfast is included as a buffet style. Menu is great, a variety everyday.
Hotel advocate environmental friendly so no disposable provided but still has housekeeping.
Amenities is great with free WiFi, aircon, TV, hair dryer and kettle.
However, the bathtub is slightly stained and has some black mould so we didn't use it.
But for basic stay, it is fine. :)"

"Location is pretty good. Walking distance from Huanbei/Laojie River metro, about 10mins? Convenient stores avail near the hotel as well. It's v close to Zhongli Night Market, just about 3-5mins walk away. The king size bed can fit 2 pax comfortably. The room is also spacious for 3 of us, we could open up 2x big luggages and still have lots of walking space. I value bigger room esp when we have more ppl, for this price and such a big room, I think its really worth it. Basic amenities are all avail. Overall cleaniness wise, not too bad, only the 'sofa' (?) area had a bit of stain, everything else no visible dirt. My 2nd time staying here, 1st time was almost 10 years ago haha. "Located on level 6 and 7 of an old building, but location was superb. Less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. CitySuites never disappoints with location (having stayed at their Taipei one before too). You know what to expect with this brand, clean towels, fresh linens, no nonsense, great decor. Toilet has wet/dry separation, water pressure strong, hot water on demand anytime you want it. However, no windows but the TV with tons of international channels including TLC and HBO etc makes up for it. Really value for money as always and highly recommend CitySuites anywhere in Taiwan!"

Breakfast is provided. Overall, it's pretty okay."

"I came here for shopping trip @ Gloria outlet. When I first arrived at HSR, I followed the website instruction (with video) to reach the hotel, however the entrance was closed. There was a standing sign very near to the entrance however if I were to enter from the landmark plaza, I needed to retract a bit of distance. I think for customer sake, the standing sign should be nearer to the bridge to warn customers it would not opened and directed them to the shopping mall entrance.
It was just a normal hotel probably for families I guess even house keeping, they did not seem to help you on your cup with a used tea bag. I think they are like 3 stars hotel service? The room is pretty big and I feel comfortable. There is no wardrobe but just some hanging clothes place - and without any iron/board.
I think the ground floor service staff is good..they are willing to carry my bags when I arrive from taxi. They are also helping me to monitor when my taxi came and called me upon. I felt their warmth ."

"I'm a Singaporean traveller. The location was good and convenient. Just next to the MRT station which reaches the airport in 30-35 mins depending on the frequency. The room I had had no windows, and the reception by Ms Su （蘇） was not very friendly and sarcastic. She was loud and she insisted she could not help to change rooms for those with window as she will had to pay more from her salary??? She said her company's accounts are pretty strict with the room allocation, I did not insist, but I felt she was making up stories. Her colleague on the other hand were friendly and nice. I will advise, select a room for window if you want to stay here. The laundry room was terrible, the dryer and washer was 2 in 1, and had a foul smell. Although it was free to use, I will not want to risk using it. Luggage was also left at the lobby self service, not security at all. Just by trust. I will advise anyone to top up a bit more, stay at Hi-Yes hotel Zhongli just 5 mins walk away, or else where."

GGuest UserOur family room was incredibly spacious, featuring two separate double beds and two TVs. At night, a hidden partition door in the middle could be closed, ensuring everyone had their own quiet space.
We made sure to arrive early in the afternoon to enjoy the water facilities. Do note that there's a disinfection period from 1 PM to 2 PM. We started by enjoying the carousel, some fun kiddie rides, and the outdoor pool. After 2 PM, we then moved to the indoor pool.
The beef noodles at the lobby bar were on the pricier side, but absolutely delicious. The beef itself was incredibly tender and flavorful, even the leaner cuts. It was so good, we almost forgot to snap a picture before devouring it!

We brought our kids, expecting a peaceful night's sleep after some singing, but it turned out everyone else was here to party! I'm literally typing this because the noise is keeping me wide awake.
If you're going to accommodate party-goers, couldn't you at least inform family guests like us that it might be noisy until the early hours? Forget about noise control!
As I'm typing this, it's 3:30 AM, and next door, they're not just singing but also running around wildly, with heavy bass and thumping footsteps. I genuinely thought that if they accept regular overnight guests like us, they'd have confident soundproofing!
Please just tell everyone directly: parties are welcome, but if you want to sleep, don't bother coming! This is no place for a peaceful night's rest! This is how I felt at 3 AM.
P.S. After calling to complain around 3 AM, they actually managed to resolve the situation successfully. It quieted down within half an hour. That was impressive!
Then, after waking up at 10 AM, we went for breakfast. There were three main course options: steak, large prawns, and an omelet. All three were delicious! 👏 The steak, in particular, was restaurant quality!
The buffet's beef soup was tasty, and although the selection wasn't huge, everything was to our liking! The jar salads were especially appealing.
There was a nice interlude: a manager came to apologize for the poor sleep quality last night and offered us a complimentary chef's dessert. We truly felt the high standard of service! Thumbs up! 👍
The main thing is: my kids said they slept wonderfully last night and the bed was super comfortable. My wife said that even though she heard some noise, she also slept very comfortably! It just goes to show how excellent the beds are. ☺️
As a result, my children insisted we give it 5 stars because they slept well, ate well, and had so much fun singing! 🥳 So, it went from a one-star experience to a five-star one! ☺️
This level of service truly transformed what could have been an unpleasant experience into a comfortable one. It's truly exceptional!

GGTCHENThe hotel is conveniently located on the back side of the train station. While parking in the surrounding area is generally inconvenient, the hotel does provide mechanical parking spaces. Although these spots are limited, I managed to find one quite smoothly. I also noticed they offer Tesla charging parking spaces. The interior decor is very new; both the rooms and bathrooms feel fresh and modern, showing no signs of age, and the water pressure was excellent. The breakfast offers a truly sufficient variety, including Chinese and Western options, as well as traditional congee with various side dishes, beverages, milk, coffee, and a salad bar. I found the stainless steel cups in the restaurant quite interesting. There's a gym on the top floor, which is only open in the afternoons. On the first floor, you can find a self-serve station for complimentary soft drinks.

JJaqLimI recently stayed at Hyatt Regency one to two metro stations away from Taiyuan international airport and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and attention to detail. There’s a shuttle bus to the hotel but I chose to take the metro. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
Small touches like the attendant pressing the lift button for me showed their dedication to guest comfort. As a family traveler, I was pleasantly surprised when they proactively provided an extra bed without me even requesting it—such thoughtful service!
The express check-out was seamless, and the shuttle bus to the airport made my departure stress-free. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to assist.
This hotel truly understands hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and top-notch service. Will stay here again!

JJJin87I needed an overnight stay in Taipei for my flight next day. Blue water is perfectly located, only 10 mins walk from the Taoyuan HSR. Total travel time from airport to the Hotel takes around 40 mins. The hotel is currently offering free airport drop off service (not pick up). There’s a 24 hour Mcdonald nearby, on your way from Taoyuan HSR to the hotel, make sure you grab food it is the only restaurant on the way. The hotel lobby offers small snack at 11pm every day. I am impressed by the cleanness of this hotel, the room, the washroom and shower facility are super clean, free of any hair. I would stay here again if I’m transferring in Taipei.

Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, are available for NT$50 per use. Breakfast options included fruit, salad, fried noodles, and stir-fried vegetables.

The children’s favorite robot factory happens to be right across the street! I will choose this hotel again next time I have a chance!
