Find3-Star Hotels in Taoyuan

The hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar. Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

The hotel experience was average, but I believe there is room for improvement. On the positive side, the staff was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all guests were comfortable and had what they needed. The location was also ideal, situated close to major attractions and public transportation. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to cater to different tastes.

The room was clean and comfortable, worth visiting again

Forgot to take photo of the hotel room!!! But it's pretty normal hotel room. I must thank you the staff, which helps me to change room and upgrade my room, as I doesn't like the room number when I was first given to.. hahaha... I didn't take down her name, maybe it was Tata chin.. the person that work when I check in on 25th Dec, 2.30pm, she was very helpful and understanding. Going extra miles to accommodate me. Will definitely go to this hotel again when I travel to Taiwan. The breakfast doesn't have scrambled eggs. But it's still quite a decent breakfast. They have the Taiwan tea that my mate likes it so much.

* Welcoming Reception * Good selection of Breakfast * Hair Dryer, Bath Gel, Shampoo, conditioner, slippers, bottle of water is available everyday. * Bring your own tooth paste and tooth brush they don’t provide it. * No heater so during winter it tends to be really cold. * Daily house keeping but they don’t make your bed. * 7’eleven downstairs. * Train station just behind the hotel. The train can take you directly to Taipei. * There’s no sound proofing so you can literally hear the people next door talking or snoring 😴 * I hope they get to change the shower curtain after every other guests because there’s a strong smell coming from it. * This hotel location is good if you just want to chill & do shopping. * The shops nearby also that I’ve visited are friendly and welcoming.

I Stayed at Benz hotel With my 4 year old child. Everything was Excellent, Specially my child enjoyed the Characters of Spiderman, Ironman etc. This theme makes Benz hotel more Special and kids Friendly as well. I will prefer this hotel for future trips and will recommend to my friends.Thank you 😊

I checked in late 30 May 2025 at around 7,.30 or 8pm and had some issues with the toilet door. The two receptionists on duty were really kind and help me out to resolve my problem. I got switched to another room and it was perfect. I was very happy with the stay - I forgot to ask the name of the ladies but they were exceeding nice and professional. I will come again to stay here next time I am in town. This location is perfect. It is less than 30metres walk to the metro station (to  HSR Taoyuanm, Taipei Station and the airport) on the Taoyuan line and the Chungli Market is just 10 mins on foot in a straight line away from the hotel. Perfect !

Still a good hotel to stay for us when we visit Taiwan. However, recently, we have noticed a few changes to their services, such like, eliminating the breakfast program for complete, offering free water only on the arrival day, offering just free tea , not coffee, doing less routine maintenance to rooms, and hall ways

Near airport and night market, have all local food right in front the hotel. Room is great, just have to call uber for airport as a bit far from public transport point.

It seemed to be a health center for medical checking and hence everything looked healthy including the breakfast! However, you need to be early or the refilll was not made frequently as they simply remove empty plates. The room was big and clean. Most taxi drivers did not know the hotel and it was difficult to find the exact location. There was nothing interesting nearby.
