I think this is the most satisfying hotel I have ever booked on Ctrip! Most of the hotels in Taormina are old and small, but this one is very clean, comfortable and spacious! It is rare to provide slippers and toiletries of good quality. The kitchen has a gas stove and a dishwasher. I cooked an extremely rich breakfast. I am so satisfied!
When we took the bus to the bus station, we couldn't get one because of heavy rain. The hotel staff were very helpful. They even printed documents for us when we went out. In short, they were very warm, friendly and professional! They even prepared a WeChat ID for Chinese customers! It is a hotel that works very hard to provide good service.
