We had a wonderful stay here. The building is beautiful, all the staffs we met are very kind, and the location is perfect, with the hotel being close to every spot in town. We would especially like to thank Klaudia for giving us a warm welcome, patiently answering all our questions, and offering professional advice for our trip around town. Definitely coming back again.

We can’t rate Hotel Villa Taormina high enough. From the stunning interior to the wonderful rooftop pool and bar. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice and had lovely views of Mount Etna and the sea. The rooms were well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Due to my back problem the pillows were suitable for me, not a problem though they went out of their way to insure I received the pillow suitable for me. The location could not have been any better, only a minute’s walk to the heart of Taormina but the hotel is situated in such a quiet location. But made Villa Taormina so special were the wonderful kind and helpful staff. They really made our stay a memorable one. If your thinking of visiting Taormina then this is the place to stay Dave & Kim xx

De longe foi nossa melhor hospedagem em nossa viagem pela Sicilia. Desde o atendimento na chegada pelo Nino até ao acolhimento incrível pela Mara e o Budy no bar da piscina, fazendo drinks e petiscos deliciosos. Além de ter um café da manhã incrível gentilmente servidos pleo Paolo com muita simpatia e disponibilidade. Estrutura, localização, café da manhã nota 10. Hotel 4 estrelas com serviço de 5.

Beautiful hotel on the slopes of Taormina. We spent three weeks in Sicily and at Villa Taormina the service was the best of our entire vacation, the staff was super friendly and very welcoming. There was a very tasty breakfast with homemade products from the region and a wonderful view over the rooftops of Taormina. The rooms were very chic and clean. I can only warmly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Service was extraordinary. Food was great. Views were amazing. The rooms (we stayed in two different rooms) were excellent. The tour guides they booked for us were outstanding. Such a wonderful experience. The best we had in 2 weeks in Sicily.

Room size is good. Water pressure good. Internet tested online was 90mbs upload, 90 download. Staff is very helpful and speak English well. Also, they made excellent restaurant suggestions. Location is excellent. However, be advised from the street you must climb around 25 steps to get to the hotel. I would stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Fabulous hotel in a fantastic location! We loved everything about our stay in this lovely boutique hotel. Paulo, Martina and all their colleagues were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts on the roof terrace with views of etna were delightful. When the heavens opened one evening we decided to stay in and enjoyed an amazing carbonara cooked specially for us. The pool was lovely and the bar terrace served fab cocktails. Location great for exploring Taormina on foot. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay there again if we come back to Taormina!

We just returned from a family trip and this was the first review I wanted to make. We immensely enjoyed our stay at Villa Taormina and would 100% return. My family and I made a trip to Italy to surprise my mom for her 50th birthday. We had 10 people staying at the hotel (5 rooms). Everything from the rooms, the bar, the decorations, the pool, the area were 5/5. The complimentary breakfast and uniqueness of each room were some highlights. Outside of the amazing hotel itself, I wanted to give a special shoutout to the staff...especially our friend Nino! We had been planning this trip/the birthday surprise for a long time and they couldn't have been more helpful along the way. Helping with the surprise itself, the restaurant reservations, cakes, balloons, flowers. They truly made our trip wonderful and the birthday celebration for my mom very very special. I cannot wait to visit my friends again at Villa Taormina, and will forever cherish our memories made there!

After reading all the glowing reviews, my wife and I were surprised and disappointed in the Villa Taormina. There were positives — nice pool area in the center of the property, very good service, good beds and an air conditioner that worked. The negatives centered on our uncomfortably small dingy room with no closet (hangers on an exposed metal rack), no chair, no blackout shade, etc. The bathroom light switch activated a noisy fan so you had to choose between a constant hum or no light to see your way to the bathroom. The room we were given shouldn’t be offered to guests. After staying at the truly elegant Villa Carlotta for several nights, the Villa Taormina felt like a 2 star property.
