Our experience at Mazzarò Sea Palace was simply the best, and it motivated us to share our experience on Trip Advisor, which we usually don’t do. The hotel has a stunning location and elegant atmosphere all around that were impressive, but what really stood out was the amazing staff who treated us with genuine kindness. the concierge, outstanding service, she was warm and precise and with her British accent made us feel right at home. We were hesitating to do some tours but her enthusiasm for Mount Etna inspired us to visit We left with wonderful memories and deep appreciation for a team that clearly loves their work, and we can’t wait to return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.

Best restaurant experience, food was delicios and the staff was great. Special thanks to Viki who was always very careful, polite and provided us excellent service, that made our stay even greater. For sure will come again to repeat this experience!

La posizione dell’albergo è favolosa in pieno sole, terrazze con vista mare, la colazione la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutte le persone!! Tutti gentili e premurosi!! Situato nella più bella baia !! A 5 minuti dalla funivia per salire a Taormina alta. A cercare il dettaglio, forse le serrature dell’armadio in camera da riadattare.. ma tutto era perfetto !!

This is the nicest place my wife and I have stayed in Europe. It is worth every dollar. The hotel and amenities were great and very clean. The view was also even more spectacular than we could imagine. But what really took our experience to the next level was the hotel staff. Kind and very helpful. They helped us book anything we wanted (Gerardo especially). We are so grateful for the concierge team. This is perhaps the only place my wife and I would revisit in the future.

Sono stata per la prima volta al Mazzaro Sea Palace. Un posto splendido. Tutto il personale mi ha accolto con tanta gentilezza, tutti dal primo all’ultimo bravissimi. Una menzione speciale al reparto spiaggia, con Giovanni, Franco, Claudio e Salvo! Bravissime anche le cameriere alla colazione (Stefania e Jessica), bravissima Margherita che mi cucina delle ottime uova e l’hostess di sala Roberta. Gentilissimo il metre Francesco. Bravissimi anche i ragazzi del servizio in spiaggia e del bar della sera, veramente gentilissimi con a capo Carmen! Gentilissimi anche il personale al ricevimento e i concierge Gioacchino e Karina.

My four-night stay at Mazzaro Sea Palace was truly exceptional. The service was phenomenal from the moment we arrived, creating an unforgettable experience. The front desk staff—Dalilah, Carlina, Rosario, and Alessia—were outstanding, offering attentive, personalized care that met our every need with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was fully renovated, incredibly comfortable, and featured access to a private, large balcony with a gorgeous view. Waking up to the stunning vistas of the sparkling Ionian waters was a highlight, with the spacious balcony providing a perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking coastal scenery. The private beach was equally exquisite, with crystal-clear waters that made every moment magical. A special mention goes to Marco, the bellhop, whose cordiality and helpfulness added an extra touch of charm. The entire staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction was remarkable. Mazzaro Sea Palace blends luxury, comfort, and unparalleled service in a spectacular setting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect Sicilian escape!
