When you come to a new place without much research done in advance, you need someone to give you practical and useful information. This is the hotel where staff are so friendly and professional. They gave you the best and most practical advice to visit some of the tourist attractions and restaurants. Appreciate their excellent recommendations. Hotel itself is good with great attention in small details. Free minibar, small snacks, fine quality of toilet amenities. It isn’t a big name but a big surprise to us. Love their staff. All make you feel very welcoming and homey. Stunning sea view and very convenient location. I simply park the car outside the hotel and use their valet parking service at 25 Euro a day. What else can I ask for? Would recommend it to anyone who would like to spend a relaxing holiday in Taormina.

The service, location, accommodation, and panoramic views of the sea and Mt Etna are second to none! We love the “Love Nest” apartment, the intimate pool, rooftop restaurant and most of all the professionalism and hospitality. The whole team made sure our visit was just what we needed.

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem schönen Hotel und werden auch wieder kommen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber mit bester Aussicht über das Meer. Sehr schöne Badezimmer. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, große Auswahl und alles sehr lecker. Zu erwähnen ist das frische Obst und die tollen Kuchen. So kann der Tag beginnen. Im Restaurant kann man sehr gut essen mit Aussicht über das Meer und zum Ätna.

Fabulous service and the food was outstanding! There is a warm and friendly staff that was helpful with our inquiries and provided us with great recommendations. Our room was very clean and the bathroom had fresh clean towels daily. The bed was comfortable and situated to take advantage of the views! The service provided by the restaurants staff was excellent! Specifically Alberto!!! He and his staff were absolutely superb. Alberto went above and beyond to make our experience in the restaurant very memorable. The chef was outstanding with the quality, taste and presentation with every dinner we experienced. We are looking forward to returning back to Hotel Villa Carlotta!

Villa Carlotta is a small, beautiful hotel in a nice location, away from the center of a busy, tourist area of Taormina. We stayed here last month for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very charming with beautiful design and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable and clean with very nice, luxurious toiletries. We had lovely views of the hotel grounds and the sea and it looks like all of the rooms have very similar views. The hotel offers a shuttle to a nice beach club (access included with your stay) which is a nice extra value. The restaurant as well as the pool side bar/café were very good. The atmosphere is also very welcoming. The service everywhere is immaculate. Everyone that works at Villa Carlotta is super professional but also friendly, attentive, and always making sure that you are having a great experience. Special thank you to Claudia, Liviana, Giovanni and the team that works at the pool. We highly recommend this amazing hotel and hope to be back one day soon.

Incredibly charming hotel with a great restaurant and pool. We love small boutique hotels like this. The morning breakfast was breakfast lunch and dinner with an amazing choice of cheese, cooked delights and sweets. There is a room off the dining area to relax that is so cozy. And the views from the restaurant are spectacular! The sea view rooms are spectacular! It was a bit hot in the rooms the first two night - written by a woman who suffers hot flashes! The fix by the staff the first night did not work, the second night and beyond was better. Otherwise all around great, including the bathroom,shower and bathroom amenities. Highly recommend!
