Overall is okay for a night stay but the cleanliness can be improved. Plenty of obvious stains found on the carpet and aircond is quite dusty.

The place is very nice and very beautiful seaview the staff is nice and the place is convenient can go to nearby cafe.

Best hotel ni, dpt bilik studio yg ada balkoni pemandangan laut pulak.. puas hati servis terbaik.. InshaAllah akan repeat semula nanti. Terima kasih

The initial room that I checked into, there was no hot water, room is dusty, there are insects in the bathroom, there is no divider or step for the shower area so the whole bathroom will be flooded when you take shower and traffic noise is very clear.  The new room has a great view and further away from the main road. There is a huge & dirty AC above the bed, so you’ll freeze while inhaling all the dust when you sleep. There’s also constant water splashing noise above the ceiling.  The staff is nice as they do their best to help, but hardware and maintenance are a big problem. Location and view are great!

The view the location was good but the only down side is the insects in the house, this insects is quite dangerous and may cause serious irritation on skin. spoken to the front desk but they couldn’t do anything about it as the whole stretch of the hotels nearby have also facing the same issue. Just be aware!

Nice Service apartment with a nice beach right in front of the unit. We stay at 28th floor has a fantastic view of sunrise & sunset. A bit far to & from C.B.D " Penang Georgetown" .

Brand new building and room, so everything still clean and well-maintained. Breathtaking views from the room's window, all you can see is sea and skies! One only complain is, unfortunately we found someone's panty (maybe from the previous guest) still hanging behind the bathroom's door 😬 But overall, good stay.

This was a great hotel around a 15 minute drive from downtown Georgetown. Very clean, everything worked well. Excellent view. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, plus the buses to Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi stop right out the front. The pool is well maintained and immaculate. A couple of slight negatives - the bed was a little too short....my feet stuck out the end, and also would be nice to have a few plates or bowls in the kitchen. But overall a great stay - We actually wanted to stick around a few more days, but the price had risen quite a bit over the weekend - Make sure you book early.

its my second time booked this , will repeat this again , tempat yg best dan boleh spend time bersama keluarga atau kawan2 sambil masak memasak 🥰

I visited with my friends. Really nice sea view. But the door is not closed firmly, can see light from hallway.

Perfect stay for a family. My family loves it and the balcony seaview I must say it is just astonishing. It has every amenities you could imagine and it is convenient to the beach side as you can access with just a tap at the beach gate. It is a private beach where it can only be accessed by the residents and hotel guests. I will definitely put this in my top 3 accommodation list whenever I visit Penang the next time.

Apartment was good, location great, beach is behind, View is beautiful. Just to be mindful 1. Towels not changed daily. Was not communicated during booking nor registration. They follow 5 days stay cycle to replenish fresh towels. 2. Washer n dryer in level. 7, rm30 per cycle 3.wear aqua shoes, plenty of shells on beach, may get injured.
