Perfect stay for a family. My family loves it and the balcony seaview I must say it is just astonishing. It has every amenities you could imagine and it is convenient to the beach side as you can access with just a tap at the beach gate. It is a private beach where it can only be accessed by the residents and hotel guests. I will definitely put this in my top 3 accommodation list whenever I visit Penang the next time.

Apartment was good, location great, beach is behind, View is beautiful. Just to be mindful 1. Towels not changed daily. Was not communicated during booking nor registration. They follow 5 days stay cycle to replenish fresh towels. 2. Washer n dryer in level. 7, rm30 per cycle 3.wear aqua shoes, plenty of shells on beach, may get injured.

Spacious apartment . Cozy . Near to the beach. Easy access to anywhere . Nice sea view.

Hotel is very good.. very clean.. and check in is so easy and fast.. maybe will repeat next time.. tq

Away from the main city area, it is less congested and not crowded. About 20mins car ride to where the main attractions are. Nice view of the sea, but sunrise and sunset are blocked. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

We booked the studio room asking for the view as pee the photos on trip.com and a quiet room given some of the reviews we saw. The first room we got had a small balcony blocking the view and was super loud. I was very disappointed but they changed us to the room in the picture, which was definitely nicer. However it wasn:t super clean and there is still a lot of noise from the street, but literally a lot of noise. The view of the room was definitely worth it.

The unit is so spacious and we are so satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit. Will visit again if need a unit can stay up to 6 people. Nice seaview.

This residency is very near to my relative’s place .. within walking distance and convenient for us. However it is a bit far for tourist who like to stay near to the georgetown area if they like to visit the sights by foot. Beautiful Sunrise. A few nice eatery and drinking place around. Some are within walking distance.

A family hotel with 5 minutes drive to Gurney.

Loved the apartment. Booked the 2 bedder apartment, it was spacious, clean and neat. Love the large living room, we get to hang out and ample space for my toddler to run around. The unit Is overlooking the sea, so it was very calming just looking out at the gorgeous blue sea. Staffs were great and helpful. Not much to see when we roam the streets. It’s nice there is a Lotus supermarket just 5mins drive away. So we pretty much stocked up on things and just enjoy the tranquility. Not to forget, the sunset is mesmerising!

Overall is worth for the value, very near to beach u can walk around and relax and walking distance for food court, the bad side is only 1 hanger in bathroom

Everything is good clean, easy to park, sea view is superb, free parking. If not mistaken every room have sea view. Only thing can improve is add breakfast option and open the behind gate in order can walk to the nearest food court ;)

Nice apartment with amazing seaView. 30 mins walk to Straits Quay Marina, 10 mins drive to Gurney drive. Nice swimming pools with excellent Seaview.
