位置：還可以，去唐山宴和河頭老街都有一些距離，自駕還可以。
配套：周邊步行範圍內餐廳很少，下午2點後大部分餐廳都不營業，轉了一圈最後回酒店訂外賣了。
環境：有院子較為靜謐，但冬季院內沒有任何趣味衹有空曠，住客不多略顯冷清。
室內設施：沒有健身房，沒有浴缸，走廊很窄，層高低，窗户偏小。應該是老建築新裝修，裝修風格還不錯，屋內硬件也還行，但並不超前，居然沒有裝智能馬桶。
床品可以，床軟硬度合適，睡得還不錯。
服務：熱情。
問題與建議：1、房卡開完拿到樓上就不好用，這麼低級的問題真不該出現；
2、房間內電話無法撥通；
3、房間沒有預留新款充電線接口，前台也沒有可供客用的手機充電線或充電器插頭，做為一家老牌國賓館，細節考慮不夠；
4、前台提供客用茶水，擺放位置很不顯眼，更像為了做樣子、而不是希望被客人享用。
5、攜程寫明送歡迎小食，並沒有主動提供，索要後送過來的，與寫的內容也不符合。換成了2瓶栗子飲料、2塊德芙巧克力，很像臨時拼湊。
整體感覺工作人員夠賣力，但是缺乏專業的管理培訓。希望可以提升改進，打造更好的唐山文旅標桿。

環境：外圍建築效果很好，內部綠植葉片光亮無塵土，照明系統暖色柔光，視覺舒適，且安靜。
服務：大堂員工熱情，有主動服務意識，熟知各景點情況並耐心介紹及説明，退房時丟棄廢物，30分鐘內電話確認是否保留。
衞生：大堂外地面無煙頭，無垃圾，無落葉，無污漬，電梯轎廂明亮潔凈，房間內消防一次性呼吸面罩包裝無塵土。
設施：園區內停車位充足，大堂掃碼免費停車。淋浴花灑為分水閥，建議更換混水閥，比較省水、易調節水温。
歡迎小食:德芙巧克力+核桃露，建議可以給帶小朋友的顧客贈送水果，避免甜食這類食物。
最後：綜上所述，優質的企業，標準化的服務，唐山文旅非常厲害，好酒店住了不少，相對而言，唐山賓館這個價格值了！感謝入住期間為我們提供服務的每一位工作人員，感謝唐山文旅給了我一些管理上的靈感與感觸，感謝對小朋友的關心與祝福。不錯的入住體驗，下次一定再住！
