Grand Metropark Hotels in Tangshan

Facilities: This is an older 5-star hotel, and I was a bit worried it might be dated before I arrived. However, it completely exceeded my expectations! You can tell they put a lot of effort into managing and maintaining it, so it doesn't feel old at all. It's very clean, which gave me great peace of mind traveling with a child. Cleanliness: Everything was meticulously clean. I was traveling with a baby, so my standards for cleanliness were very high, and they did a fantastic job. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent. After breakfast, my child spent a long time playing with the sika deer. There's also a carousel in the lobby, which my little one absolutely loved. Service: The most important thing to praise is the service! From the smiling staff who greeted us at the entrance, to them helping us bypass the queue at mealtime because we had a baby, to their patient supervision each time my child rode the carousel, and even the complimentary drinks and ice cream in the lobby – every single detail was handled perfectly. Throughout our entire trip to Hebei, I kept raving about how great this hotel was. Why am I writing this review late at night? Because I just arrived in Qinhuangdao and also chose an older 5-star hotel there, but it was incredibly disappointing. Comparing it to the Tangshan Metropark Hotel, I just have to commend the hotel's service and Tangshan's dedication to tourism. There's no appreciation without comparison! Tangshan left me with such a wonderful impression.
