The worst experience of my life 1. Everything was satisfactory until check-out except for the bathroom smell 2. When I was checking out, the front desk staff told me to call the platform I booked on because the room fee wasn't paid. I asked how to make an international call, but they told me to do it anyway. I barely managed to connect with the reservation company through the app message, and the reservation company called the front desk directly, but they said the payment hadn't been made yet and wouldn't let me go.
