This hotel is a complete rip-off. It's located very far from the city center, and the reality doesn't live up to the advertised pictures. The advertised pool and spa simply don't exist; they only have a rather unappealing rooftop pool. This place is nowhere near a 5-star hotel. The rooms are filthy; there was even trash left from the previous guest. They're tiny and incredibly bright in the morning because they completely lack blackout curtains.
Breakfast offers some variety, but it consists mostly of pastries, making it quite unhealthy.
The manager is incredibly rude. I waited for her for over an hour and a half in the lobby, only for her to tell me that they don't even have a spa.

Hotel deserves 2 stars, no more. I don't know how they get 5 stars. Room is a disaster. Basic breakfast (even in a 2-star hotel, better than this one)

Service is really poor, they do not understand english it seems, asking for anything is a hassle. The music by the pool is deafening and something you would expect at 3am at Ibiza in 2016. Rude security guards that first wouldnt let us take our water to the pool area which is ok, but when we came back they opened our bottle and drank it, which is Stange as they Said we would get our drinks back. Breakfast it what you would expect from a budget hotel. The lobby is crowded with workers talking amongst themselves making it almost impossible to talk to them. Location is ok to bad. Facilities old and unkept. Music in the pool areas is periodically broken up by commercial break. Bugs in the hotelrooms. Smell of **** in the Hallways. This is probably the worst and least professional experience ive had at a hotel. Dont go unless you want a headache.

A really nice hotel, I v been there for 6 days and I v had a wonderful experience, the room is beautiful, and the view is magnificent on the sea side, the hotel staff are really nice and helpful. I must say that the restaurant is really good, a large menu with so many choices. The room came with free access to the pool party, so that was nice too. A big thank u to the staff of the Mandarin Palace for making my stay a very special experience.

The hotel is beautiful, the room and the view are magnificent with sea view. Staff is friendly and cooperating. Good breakfast and The Hotel's location is perfect Highly recommended. We will be back soon !

The worst experience I've ever had. This is definitely less than a 2 star hotel with the rate of 5. The rooms are very dirty, old and low quality. The staff and management are the worst specially the front office (Hatim) is very rude and clueless about the brand and its valuable guests. I hated my stay here and i DO NOT RECOMMEND
