The hotel is located on one of the main squares of the medina. The squares are small. If your room windows overlook this square, it will be noisy until about midnight. There is hot water. The staff is friendly, the location is convenient. Wi-Fi is good. I liked the hotel. The photo shows the square in front of the hotel. Greetings from Russia.

We were checked in by a polite and kind guy, he explained everything and responded to all requests. The hotel is located in the very center, very convenient. The room itself is small, it is noisy outside until late (it did not bother us). The room is very humid, minimal amenities, but everything you need is there: for us, a private bathroom was important. There is a terrace with a great view of the medina and the water. The price is very good, for the money - super.

The hotel is located next to a small square in the center of the old city. The location is very good and the service is also very good, but first, there is no elevator. I live on the third floor (fourth floor in China), and it is not convenient to carry luggage upstairs. It may not be suitable for older people. Second, there is no hot water. I took a completely cold shower on my first day of stay. It was so cold. After that, I communicated with the service staff, and he said to let the water run for 5 minutes, but the water temperature was still cold, and it was uncomfortable to take a shower. Third, the house facilities are old and some are broken, the experience is not good, and it is very uncomfortable.

The room is generally OK, the location is good, and the supporting facilities are complete. I forgot something when I checked out, and I went back to look for it a few hours later. The front desk helped me put it away, which was a very good service attitude. Stayed for two days in a row. Very satisfied!
