What a fantastic find, a small boutique hotel of 13 rooms that caters for its guests extremely well The restaurant is to die for beginning with a small dip of ricotta cheese, Parmesan, pesto with olive oil The main was a seafood risotto rice which just melted in your mouth The pice da resistance was the raspberry crème brûlée heaven awaits for those that try it The waiter extremely friendly and the maître d had a fantastic sense of humour Well done

Très beau Riad au cœur de Tanger avec un excellent accueil et un sens du service remarquable. Les chambres sont très bien décorées et très agréables, le personnel est très gentil et la cuisine délicieuse, je recommande vivement ce joli Riad.

Good location, nice room with beautiful Moroccan accents. Good water pressure in the showers, a traditional courtyard with oranges trees, made it nice to hear the birds in the morning to wake up to. We had a lovely breakfast as well. The restaurant was closed when we were there so the hallways were dark and there was a lot of storage in them and the rooftop was also kind of defunct. Would have been nice to use.

We went to dinner to Riad on recommendation of our host here at Tangier. The place was excellent. Easy to find, beautiful building, amazing courtyard, where we shared a superb dinner and a great bottle of wine. Both grilled eggplant with feta, and prawns in Spanish/Tai sauce were excellent and innovative. The place is not cheap, but worth every penny.

Excellent location, very good food, gorgeous courtyard (the oranges are used to make fresh juice and marmalade that are served at breakfast!). Riad Mokhtar were very helpful with arranging taxis to and from the airport and to the beach one day and very friendly staff. The breakfast is a highlight! We had a couple of small issues with our room that were quickly dealt with. Would stay again.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Riad Mokhtar. L’endroit est un véritable havre de paix, avec une décoration élégante et soignée. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite avec terrasse, offrant une vue à couper le souffle sur la casbah de Tanger. Les petits déjeuners sont non seulement copieux mais aussi d'une grande finesse. Je recommande vivement de dîner sur place ; c’est une table d’exception, probablement l'une des meilleures de Tanger. Les plats sont raffinés, généreux et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Ne manquez pas non plus de savourer un verre sur le rooftop, où les tapas sont délicieux, en particulier le houmous à l’aubergine, un vrai délice que je rêve encore de déguster. Nous y reviendrons c’est sûre !

Le Ryad Mokhtar est un véritable joyau à Tanger. Idéalement situé, il offre un accès facile aux principales attractions de la ville. L'établissement est d'une propreté irréprochable, ce qui garantit un séjour confortable et serein. Le bon petit déjeuner est servi dans le jardin. Une adresse incontournable pour un séjour agréable à Tanger.

Riad Mokhtar had more rooms than usual for a riad but was still very personal. They have a large outdoor dining area and serve dinner at night in their restaurant. Breakfast included was really good. The room was spacious with a great comfortable bed, full bathroom amenities. There is also a lift which is not common in riads in Morocco.

Stunning Riad close to Kasbah and Medina. A simple door from our room led to a private terrace overlooking the harbour and rooftops of the Medina. The Riad courtyard is stylish and the French restaurant fabulous. The decor is a Moroccan treat.
