We had a few problems checking in as the manager told us he had cancelled the booking but we did not receive any information about this and even on the ctrip app, the booking was still showing as confirmed. We stayed in the hotel next door instead as BV was full. Unfortunately, we had paid for BV residence on a discounted price and the hotel next door was not to the same standard and we were charged full price, meaning we had downgraded rooms for around the same price. Room was modern, clean and tidy. Bathroom was huge.

Отель в целом не плохой но есть шанс что вас поселят в совершенно другой тип номера , а не в тот который вы забронировали. Персонал ссылался что у них овербукинг и вариантов нет. Мы бронировали на Trip.com номер люкс в отдельно стоящем бунгало, а получили в основном корпусе, где шумоизоляции нет, комары, не исправная сантехника и постоянный шум от насоса который закачивает воду. Цена не высокая но рисковать отдыхом и жертвовать комфортом я бы не стал.
