I left them on the bed the night before and forgot to collect them in the morning. As soon as I got on the bus, I contacted Ctrip and gave me the room number and location. The location search also showed that the headphones were here. B&B, but after looking for it for a long time, the B&B owner said there was no one... I thought it was a bit weird. Because the schedule was too busy, I didn't have time to go back and look for it myself, but I still felt a little uncomfortable. I would like to express special praise to Ctrip’s customer service, who responded very quickly, had a good attitude, and tried their best to help solve the problem.
