the hotel location is good ,near the Lamlam bus station (grand plaza),the staffs are kind ,friendly and helpful. It is very safe while travelling in Guam .

The hotel is new renovation, clean and convenient for shopping. Front desk is also very friendly to greet all guests. I strongly recommend you to stay this hotel.

Superb service. We got it at 6:30 am and they gave us another room where we can rest until it’s time for our check-in for free (this is probably subject to room availability). Absolutely thankful for this service (order cam from management level as well). We got a premiere suite. Then at 10:30am they called our temporary room to inform us that our Family Room is now available. The family room is big (bigger than their site pictures) complete with kitchen amenities and laundry machine and dryer. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Walk-in closet was also in 1 bedroom. Overall, a great stay for our short Guam vacation. :)

Answering phone services is bad. Lost item they didn't even check it right cus I remember when we check out room I know what I put the item they told me they didn't find anything. And my medication too. Very dispoint. I even told them I go and check they check they all ready check so nothing! That what they told me room was even no guest yet .

The hotel is good value for money and the location is perfect for local American restaurants (Chillis, Hard Rock Cafe etc). There were a few occasions where we had to request a room clean and coffee as their policy is “if there are opened suitcases” cleaners do not make up your room. This wasn’t communicated before which was a pain as towels should be replaced daily. Apart from this everything else is great and I would recommend staying here.

Great area to stay-in

The standard room has everything you need, and there is a parking lot where you can park for free. It is a little far from Tumon Bay, but it is much cheaper than staying near Tumon Bay. If you just want to step on the water and take pictures, I still recommend Tano Hotel. There is a small swimming pool and a gym with treadmills and other simple exercise equipment. The price-performance ratio is good.

The location is close to Tumon and the staff are very friendly. The interior of the accommodation has also been recently remodeled, so it is clean and comfortable. I think I will choose it again next time I go to Guam. Highly recommended

Newly renovated hotel. The pictures show that it is new and clean. But it feels barely comfortable to stay here. The surrounding area is noisy and the hotel is located in a messy area. The room is poorly soundproofed. The service and safety are OK. It is one street away from the beach.

Pros: The air conditioner works well and cools. There is a convenience store on the lobby floor, and water, beer, and ramen are cheaper than ABC Mart. The front desk staff are friendly. It took less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. When you leave the hotel, cross the traffic light once and go straight, and you will reach the beach. Tumon Main Street is also about 10 minutes away on foot. And since the hotel itself is not a tall building, the water pressure in the bathroom was good and the water was warm. Cons: The refrigerator is like a refrigerator. There doesn't seem to be a temperature controller, so I couldn't adjust it. And it's a little noisy. I think they blocked the connected room to make the room, so I can hear the sounds from the next room. There is a gap in the door, so I can hear the sounds from the hallway. I'm not that sensitive to noise, so it was okay. The biggest con is that bugs like maggots keep coming up from the bathroom sink. There is a gap in the sink, and they come up and crawl around. There were also maggots on the shelf under the sink where you put the towels in the bathroom. I stayed for 3 nights, but there were none the first day, and on the second day, maggots came out, so I called someone to clean it, but they came out the next day too. The conclusion is that the other good points were all canceled out by the maggots in the sink. I don't think I'll go again if I have to^^
