[Pros] • Great view: I stayed on the 8th floor due to the hillside location — ocean view and beautiful night scenery. • Sunset from the pool: The sunset from the pool in the evening was breathtaking. • Breakfast: Breakfast was enjoyable — freshly made omelets, French toast, fruit, and coffee. • ABC store: It’s right next door, making it convenient to grab snacks or drinks. • Customer service: The staff were very friendly, responsive, and always smiling. • Restaurant: Delmonico on the 1st floor was fantastic — both food and service were top-notch. Visited twice and will return. • Bubble tea shop is also good: The bubble tea shop next door was also tasty. ⸻ [Cons] • Serious noise issue: The Viking ride and Disco Pang Pang rides right next to the hotel were extremely loud until 10 PM, which was very uncomfortable. It reminded me of Wolmido in Incheon, and I think it is a place you should absolutely avoid for relaxation purposes. Serious noise issue — loud music and artificial screaming sounds from Viking and Disco Pang Pang rides next door until 10 PM. Totally ruins the relaxation vibe. • Bottled water: I stayed for 4 nights, but they said they only provided free bottled water on the first day. I was able to use the water purifier in the hallway, but it was not very hygienic. Only two free water bottles were provided on the first day of a 4-night stay. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, but it didn’t feel appealing to use.

Dusit beach resort is an outstanding hotel located in Tumon area in Guam. You can perfectly stay three nights of your holidays in this place to enjoy all the landmarks and activities around the hotel. The aquarium is really close, just 5 minutes walking. The staff are friendly and rooms have all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, free wifi, toiletries, towels, toothbrush, and complimentary water and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel has great outdoor swimming pools with great views to sea. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars within 10 min or less walking distance.
