Some visitors had party so there was some noice and traching on grounds. Excellent hiking paths with dogs around hotel. Hotel was fully booked but personel very friendly and helped with all our needs. Have visited before and will go again!

I am satisfied even if the room was a little bit cold. I didn't ask intervent of service because I stay there just one night. In any case, if I return in Tampere this will be my choice.

Standard hotel with free parking. Unfortunately the experience was negatively affected by a conference party going on inside the hotel were music was played into the night. A loud bass sound when trying to sleep made me call the reception at 23:30. I was told they arranged a party this night. The receptionist offered me earplugs because they were going to play loud music till 00:30 this night. Not good for a hotel, if you like a night of good sleep, especially when paying 150e for one night. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but some good foods there.

The hotel is average. A little bit old and worn out. A BIG minus is that the pool closes at 11 but check out is at 12. Feels like they made this rule on purpose, so that less people would use the pool. Pool close hours is 11-16, no logic in that (they told us something about cleaning, but I'm not buying that)

Spent 4 nights at the Scandic Rosendahl hotel in Tampere, Finland with our tour group WAI for the IVV Olympiad. Large, well-run hotel with comfortable, clean rooms, a restaurant, bar, and many other amenities. Located in green spaces on the Villilansalmi (lake) and only 1.5 km walk to downtown, or - ride the #10 city bus right to Keskustori square. Had a large banquet dinner for 80+ tour members the first night, and a smaller dinner with friends on another night. All the food was terrific. Big breakfast (hit or cold) was included. Not cheap - on Trip A starts around $350/night, but worth it if you want this level of accommodations.

The hotel has it's age but it doesn't show. Rooms may not be super modern but still nice, and are really well soundprofed- you don't hear other guests at all. The location is excellent if you want to relax or spend some active time. Free bike rentals, large swimming pool, small gym, 2 sand beaches within walking distance. Also tennis, padel courts next door.

The room was very nice as well as the breakfast. The only negative thing was the bad smell in the public toilet for women in the restaurant
