SYNA Tiger Resort-Bandhavgarh is probably one of the best places I have ever stayed in India. The décor in the lobby is gorgeous and the grounds are maintained well. The villas are large, beautifully decorated, immaculate, and meticulously maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very large and intelligently designed. On cold nights, they provided us with a space heater. The food was excellent and I can only describe the room service in superlative terms. It was delivered quickly and piping hot. Above all, what made the stay most memorable was the personalized service and attention to detail given by the management and staff. The general manager, Mr. Bharat Mandhyan runs the hotel efficiently; both he and Mr. Manish Dwivedi (Operation Manager) called and made sure things were under control when there was a health problem. Mr. Bharat knows the history of the place and can tell you about the hotel. Mr. Akash called a day before we came to check on dietary preferences and the chef made sure there was a sumptuous vegetarian fare. The staff team members were courteous and efficient. When we went on a safari, we were provided with clean blankets and water bottles. A place well worth what you pay for. A place from which other hotels can learn on how to make a trip memorable.

A trip to a wildlife resort cannot be fulfilling without an excellent guide, which is where a special shoutout needs to go to Mr Bhoori Singh. Due to his immense knowledge of the jungle, we were able to see a very wide variety of animals (including a tiger). I highly recommend his service as a guide and look forward to my next trip here!!
