A good location, clean, but it's getting old, as if time has stood still!
Towels and bed linen, I can't say when they were last replaced, air conditioning, too loud and not adjustable, the building technician couldn't do anything either! TV new, but didn't work because the TV modules didn't work!
Bed, old mattress! The coffee at breakfast, like 20 years ago, brewed coffee, I wouldn't expect anyone to have that, we went out for coffee, just the details that make the hotel good or bad! The gardens could also use more care, the coconuts are falling down, as are palm leaves, here too the bare minimum.
The price is too expensive!

This company is not there for there customers. I made a mistake in my booking and asked them to change the booking. As it was non refundable they did not want to help. I could stay one night there while paying for three. The incorrect booking was for March and during high season they could have helped our easily. I tried to talk to the manager but she showed a very arrogant behaviour. After this happened we got no more service from them, the attitude has changed…… really bad promotion for a big hotel like this. They not deserve to have more than 1 star.

Prima hotel tegenover het strand. Strand zelf is niet heel mooi met zandzakken en rotsblokken. Op onze laatste nacht hadden we overlast van beestjes in de hele kamer en badkamer, maar kregen direct een andere kamer aangeboden. Rustige ligging op korte loopafstand van het uitgaansgebied.

Отель с достаточно большой территорией утопает в зелени. Множество разнообразных растений и птиц создают ощущение, что ты находишься в тропическом лесу. При этом территория ухоженна, персонал постоянно поливает растения, убирает упавшие листья и ветки, всё чисто и красиво. Помимо небольших корпусов есть отдельные домики-бунгало с большими террассами. В бунгало есть душ, ванна, кондиционер, ТV (русских каналов нет), вайфай, холодильник, чайник, сейф, милый "игрушечный" фен. Вайфай хорошо ловит и на пляже! Гостям предлагают воду, чай (пакетики), кофе (пакетики), сливки (пакетики). Будьте внимательны, за воду в больших бутылках (которую логично залить в чайник для кипячения) нужно платить дополнительно;) Уборка ежедневная, полотенца и белье меняют ежедневно. Всё чисто. Единственный нюанс, что периодически забывали положить чай/сахар/туалетную бумагу при уборке, приходилось иногда бегать на ресепшн. Зубной пасты, щеток, тапочек и халатов не предусмотрено. Кормили нормально, вкусные фрукты и завтраки на берегу моря компенсировали все недостатки. На территории два достаточно больших бассейна. Через дорогу от бунгало лежаки с пляжными зонтами, но дополнительную тень давали еще и деревья, что было особенно комфортно. Можно весь день проводить в шезлонге с книгой под сенью деревьев, наслаждаясь пением птиц. На территории - тайский массаж на открытой террассе с видом на море - отдельный кайф! Спуск к воде чуть левее отельной территории. Да, пляжик небольшой, но зато свой! Не надо далеко идти/ехать до пляжа. Море чистое, теплое, ласковое. Можно часами не вылезать из воды. В отеле отдыхают, в основном европейцы почтенного возраста. Детей мало. Для тех, кто любит тихий размеренный отдых и единение с природой - просто идеально! До ближайших ресторанчиков и магазинчиков 10-15 минут пешком. Совсем рядом строится севен элевен, вообще будет удобно, когда откроют. Вобщем отель очень достойный в своей категории. А Као Лак - это просто чудесное место, в котором соединились джунгли, песочные пляжи и теплое ласковое море!
