What an experience!
We stayed one night with breakfast and dinner. The food was amazing with its own grill, several starters and main courses, and dessert! At night there is free ramen and during the day you can drink free beer, lemon sours, highballs, and sake!
The rooms were beautifully decorated and looked almost new! We had one with a private onsen, which was definitely the highlight!
All in all a great experience that we would do again anytime!

I also think the included meals are good and unique. There was heavy snow in the Hida area during the few days we stayed there.
