Hotel Kuretakeso Takayama-Ekimae - Photo Gallery

Nice place just in front of Takayama station. The room was clean and spacious. We also have the so-called happy hours when you can eat at the hotel's canteen for free (drinks and curry rice)

You can take the bus nearby to go to many other major attractions.

The hotel is just right behind Takayama JR Station and McDonald is just next beside the Hotel. Super convenient.

Good location next to Takayama Station. McDonald's is just next door and parking available (though need to pay). Public bath and free happy hour curry rice are available for hotel staying guests.

Convenient accommodation! Will repeat staying here. Maybe can open the Onsen on 24 hrs 😇

About 200 meters from Jr station close to Mcdonald , staff is good service, breakfast is good

Note that while it’s very near to the station, it’s on the other side of the town area so need to walk a distance But bonus is there is in-house onsen (very clean and nice), bath bomb if u wanna stay in your own room, and Happy hours with free flow of drinks and basic rice… love my stay here!!!

Facilities: Although the room is not big, it has all the necessary facilities. Service: The hotel provides free curry from 6 to 7 pm on weekdays (not on weekends and holidays). If you stay for several consecutive days and do not need to clean the room, the hotel will provide a bottle of mineral water, but the Japanese says tea or beer. After I asked in Japanese, the front desk gave me a bottle of tea, but the mineral water was placed at the door of the room the next day. Hygiene: There is a peculiar smell in the bathroom, and the smell still exists until you leave. Environment: It is only a 5-minute walk from Nohi Bus Center and JR. There is a McDonald's downstairs of the hotel, and there is also Daily Yamazaki next door where you can buy breakfast.

The front desk clerks don't speak English. When encountering problems, their attitude is very bad. They only use their own methods to solve them and will not explain to the guests. But the location of the hotel itself is very convenient, the room environment is good, and the price is reasonable.
