大堂、電梯、房間地毯沙發都很乾凈，高層房間視野很好，可以看到白雲閣。鬧中取靜的地理位置，去各處都很方便，服務員很熱情。

酒店在椒江市區，地理位置還行，離雲西公園、葭沚老街車程約10分鐘以內；
訂的是家庭房，大床+小床，衞生方面一般，作為家庭房拖鞋、牙具、早餐等衹提供2人的，拖鞋第一天問服務員另拿了，第二天也不會主動放；
前台服務態度不友好，門口小哥也不給拉門，服務方面有待提高。
