是真的特別差，非常差勁，第一，提前告知過，要安靜點，我睡眠不好，特地還選了積分兑換房型升級，到店後告知我，升級的房間比原本的房型還要吵，那我就沒有要求升級了。第二，空調的原因，我是下午兩點左右到的，前台一個男孩子給我辦的登記，沒有告訴我是用的中央空調，我調點熱度，睡到四點左右，還是23.5度房間冷的不行。後來電話告知前台，叫了一個阿姨上來開，結果給我弄了又不行，就走了，也沒和我説別的話。在後面致電前台説什麼師傅在弄，也未告知我時間，我又隔了十幾分鍾再打電話，和我説什麼在維修，後面再隔離十來分鐘才好。第二天早上七點半起來洗澡水是不熱的，提前打開了十幾分鍾，一直都不熱，越洗越涼。

服務:我覺得服務真的是精緻到客房打掃人員!特別熱情地告訴我，“缺什麼隨時打電話給前台，我給你送來，我們家就是這點好，這種小東西多拿不要緊”
