I stayed at this hotel for one night with another friend. Immediately when we checked in the service was very nice! We speak mostly English and they went out of their way to help translate and bring us to our room. The room, however, did not feel the cleanest. There were some stains on the rug and chair, the bathroom smelled slightly like eggs, and the hotel door needed to be slammed shut. I would recommend this place for people who are budgeting, want to stay close to a train station, and are not staying for too long!

The room is clean and tidy, spacious, bright and comfortable. The cleaning lady Zhao and the handsome guy at the front desk provide enthusiastic service. The facilities are good, there is a parking lot, and it is also close to Wuyi Square and Bell Tower Street. It is a good choice for tourist accommodation.

During the Spring Festival, I compared several hotels in Taiyuan and finally chose Bingzhou Hotel. First, it is conveniently located in the city center, second, it has a long history and stable service quality, and third, it is said that the breakfast is good. After staying for a few days, I felt that it was completely in line with my expectations, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of service details, service initiative of the staff, and quality of the food! The hotel is in the middle of Yingze Street, directly opposite the May Day Square. There are many buses downstairs, and online taxis are also easy to get. I hope to visit again after the opening of Metro Line 1 to experience more convenient travel 😀 The room is cleaned and replenished with supplies every day, sometimes there are fruits, enough drinking water, and a humidifier😊

Shanxi Hotel must be given a five-star rating. We arrived very late at night, and the hotel was already lit. The courtyard was ancient and the hotel lobby was magnificent. The service staff checked in very efficiently and quickly, and the service attitude was very excellent. The breakfast and Chinese buffet was very high-end, and the food and drink met the tastes of all parts of the north and south. It is very close to various attractions. We strolled to the bell tower. On one side of the hotel, you can enter Wenying Park, where you can see the scene of Shanxi people exercising and relaxing. The hotel helped to take the luggage to the car after checking out, and the service was thoughtful. The important point is that we lived on the second floor and it was very quiet, without any noisy sounds, and the sound insulation was very good. The shower was a little smaller, but you can call the front desk. It was too cold. It rained on the day we came, and we didn’t pay much attention to bathing, so we just took a shower. Satisfied, and will tell friends who come to Taiyuan to choose Shanxi Hotel first.

酒店位置很好，離的省人民醫院很近，走路衹需要5分鐘，火車站和南站都很近，周邊有雙塔寺公園，離柳巷也不遠，酒店衞生打掃的很乾凈整潔，床品從裡到外都是新的，店內裝修風格簡約大方，價格合理，服務人員態度非常好，很周到，可以免費停車很方便、停車場很大，交通便利.下次有機會還會來哦.

This is the best and value for money hotel I stayed in last 12 days trip from Beijing, Datong, Taiyuan, Pingyao, Xian. The room is nice, breakfast is good, hotel room even provide you with a washing machine in tge room with detergent free. Highly recommended and great for longer stay. Cheers

The Parkview hotel is a five star hotel with modest price. The location js perfect and convenient. The hotel rooms are extremely well maintained. My room had a direct view of Yingze park and the night scene was spectacular. The hotel’s breakfast buffet features an amazing collection of local delicacies and it was hard not to overeat. The Chinese restaurants serve outstanding dishes. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. Ms Wang Zewei was especially helpful. I would absolutely return time.

Very nice and clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful when needed.. Location was really good near big malls (Wanda) and some cultural sites..
