We stayed at the hotel for one night, while going from Pingyao to Zhangjiajie. We arrived at the train station in the evening, and had to take the train the following morning. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off which was very convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with snacks, tea and all the furnitures we could need. The staff was SO helpful: they ordered some food for us (everything on the app was in mandarin and we couldn't understand how to do it ourselves), recommended some local favorites, and delivered it to our room. They also helped us do laundry even though it was late in the evening, so we had clean clothes to continue our trip. All in all, our stay was excellent, and I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

The bathroom and bedding are of super five-star standards. The goose down quilt and pillow are soft and comfortable, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard, which can relieve fatigue very well. The bathtub is equipped with bath salts and bath towels, the towels are thick and soft, the shower head has plenty of water, and the fully automatic toilet is fully equipped. The service was also very thoughtful. The day before check-in, the customer service director Xiao Wu contacted us in advance to inquire about our preferences and requirements for the room.
