很滿意，服務態度很好，衞生可以，位置好，就在地鐵口，離步行街，景區也不遠。剛開始電視看不了，本來想算了，就湊合著吧，但是服務人員積極找了維修人員抓緊處理，太感謝了。

雖然是五一假期居住，可以理解顧客較多，訂的房間將近五百，我們住的那間房在走廊最裡麪，門口連房間號都沒有，挨着工作間，房間很陳舊，牆上很多亂寫亂畫的，地板角落也有開裂，可以理解五一期間房源緊張，但是就算是緊張也不應該把這樣房間拿出來給顧客住，前台以及服務員態度很好，也積極給我們調換，但是就衹剩一間三人間我們也住不開。整體體驗很差，希望日後管理可以做到位

房間挺乾淨也很大，就在地鐵站旁邊，非常方便，下次如果深深還來開演唱會的話繼續住這裏7

不錯，訂得早，200多一點訂的一大床一小床三人間，包2人早餐，性價比高，樓下就有地鐵公交，直達太原站、晉祠和博物館，步行15～20分鐘可到鐘樓步行街和柳巷，交通便利，衞生乾淨，馬路邊晚上車流不多，可接受。推薦入住。
