酒店的房間還比較大，但房間的空調不製冷，被子比較厚，昨晚到23:30左右房間的温度還有25℃，實在無法睡覺。與總枱反映後總枱馬上派來了男服務生，他發現空調不製冷就提出給我換房間，開了2個房間空調都不行，最後衹能換了隔壁的房間，但房間的温度還有24℃，早上有24.5℃，個人感覺是酒店把空調的製冷關了，所以房間空調不製冷，昨晚氣温高致使房間比較熱，再加上被子厚，所以昨晚睡得很不好，一點也沒有感受到五星級的品質，實在令人失望，給房間設施差評。

酒店房間設施比較新，有免費停車場，地下室標誌不太清楚，房間靠近馬路，晚上聲音比較大，自助早餐品種比較多，品質不錯！

一個月來三次太原，前兩次的萬達很失望。這次換中環喜悦，停車方便，位置很好，交通方便，房間佈置不錯，前台經理Daria很細心熱情，服務蠻好。就是早飯時間結束的有點早，要是十點結束就好了。
