訂的鐘點房洗澡，電梯狹窄，衹能三人搭乘。房間設施比較老舊，衞生間排水效果不好並且毛巾有異味。房間內煙味較大。

衹能説太破了，有很大的蟲子，從房頂上掉下來，而且中央空調就像發電機聲音，很吵。屋子裡有味兒不乾淨。第一次給的房間沒有打掃，然後第二個房間有個很大的蟲子，從房頂掉下來1又換了房間，凌晨了，太累了就湊合休息了，真心不推薦。

這酒店房間小得離譜！打開門差點撞床，行李箱衹能塞床底，轉身能蹭到牆。想在窗邊站站都擠，這空間還沒我家廁所敞亮，太坑了！

早餐比較豐富，前台服務比較好。不足的是酒店房間隔音不好，而且樓下是一個露天燒烤店，半夜1、2點了還大聲説話，睡眠不好的就不要在這裏住了。另外洗衣房晚9點就斷電，對遊客很不友好，跟一日遊回到酒店已經快9點了，在黃河壺口瀑布，衣服上被濺了一身泥點子，還得放到第二天再洗。
