This is my second time staying here. The hotel room facilities are a bit old-fashioned, and the decoration style is a bit old-fashioned, but it is very clean. We were upgraded to an executive room, which is magnificent. However when we arrived, the door man just greeted us but not taking care of our luggages. We found that the room amenities are inadequate. There was only one small tube of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. These certainly are not enough for 2 persons.
The first night was excellent, the bed was turned down and the airconditioner worked perfectly.
The second night was awful. The airconditioner was turned off because the outside temperature was around 14°, but our room was hot. Upon complaining a fan was delivered but it was useless! A sleepless night and the bed wasn’t turned down either.
We won’t make a fuss if it’s not a Kempinski Hotel!
