房間很乾凈，服務非常到位。過年給孩子送了小禮物，還有當地的紅棗和巧克力。小徐經理還給我們贈送了早餐，很貼心。下次到太原，還要住這裏。

第一次到太原旅遊， 因為第二天有行程就選擇住在火車站附近了。 入住華苑賓館實在是非常正確的選擇。 酒店裝潢大氣， 衞生和服務標準都很高， 特別是大堂的徐經理，特別熱情周到， 第一天剛剛住的時候， 很貼心的給我升級了房間， 還給免費打包了三份第二天旅行團餐，解決了我們的早餐問題。晚上回來還有暖心熱粥喝。孩子都説這個酒店住的太滿意了，下次有機會還會來。

房間的設施，酒店環境，服務，地理位置都打滿分💯！尤其是前台工作人員小徐，服務特別周到，特別好。酒店還有暖心粥和熱礦泉水，真的暖到家了！酒店地理位置特別好，離太原火車站走路5分鐘，門口就是公交車站和迎澤大街，非常方便。以後來太原，一定會住在華苑賓館的，強烈推薦！
