來太原之前做攻略，知道了麗華，看着有點陳舊的大廳，想着它憑什麼這麼貴，來了才知道貴有貴的道理。它有免費的一次接送站服務（甚至有演唱會的接送服務），上車就有毛巾擦手、有水可喝；它有免費贈品，自己在小程序上選擇，吃的喝的免費可選6樣；它有周到熱情的服務，有一天去汾河公園，問了門口禮賓，指路後還不忘叮囑過馬路小心；它有一次性的面巾和浴巾，有不同品類的小牙膏供選擇，而且和牙刷分開擺放，我喜歡自帶牙刷，每次其他酒店不得不撕開套裝都有不環保的罪惡感；它甚至有單獨的洗衣液，比小小硬硬的香皂好用太多了；它有智能床墊、有觀看VR電影的設備；它樓下就是鼎鼎有名的晉味餐廳。。。細説起來，竟被這個外觀略顯陳舊的酒店圈粉，這不是陳舊，這是時間和細節的沉澱，且還兼具智慧與科技。

酒店有點年代感了，房間內的部分設施維護得還行，如果洗漱台能全面提升維護一下就更好了。前台辦理完入住手續後，有專人送客人到房間內，並詳細講解房間內配置的各種設施的功能和使用方法這種服務在五星級酒店中很少見。有歡迎水果，有隨心享免費點小餐服務，而且味道很好。早餐不錯，山西的小吃基本能夠吃到。房間內的小電熱晾衣架太好了，洗點小衣物一晚上就烘乾了。乘坐電梯沒有顯示燈提示幾號電梯到了，上下電梯很不方便，電梯內也沒有刷卡按樓層功能，進入樓層很不安全，對自駕遊者停車也超級不友好，外出遊玩回到酒店經常沒有停車位。

非常推薦麗華酒店。
在入住前有專人聯繫確認入住時間和選房喜好，因為我們想要無煙房，前台主動給升級了房型，下車有專人幫我們取行李、送入房間，介紹房型和特色；此外，每天都有入住專享禮，在酒店裡麪，工作人員見到我們都會主動打招呼，酒店早餐自助也非常不錯，選擇特別多，餐廳服務人員也很熱情。
我們這間房還有送機服務，酒店派專車送我們，體驗真的很好，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全。
