服務很好，熱情周到，包括大廳接待，行李寄存，都很好。2f中餐廳性價比不錯。設施稍微老舊了點，馬桶沖水不是很好，衞生間沒有抽風，衣服不容易幹。
服務員高瑞明很熱情，打掃房間很認真，服務周到。

房間大小適中，總體乾淨整潔，浴巾毛巾單獨包裝，屋內配置四瓶免費水，夏天還是比較貼心的。另外，刷房卡可從側門進入旁邊的迎澤公園，早晚散散步比較方便。
