一次最糟糕的入住體驗～因為酒店新，交通便利選擇了這裏～結果一次次減分～1 先是辦理入住時説攜程預訂酒店前台沒關聯上，需讓我掃酒店公眾號二維碼關聯訂單訊息，想着可能有業務指標配合一下，結果還需要填身份證各種訊息，我最終拒絕了；2.入住房間之後，由於新裝修，房間有很大的裝修味，打給前台，説幫我看看有沒有合適的房間，前後折騰了半小時，也沒有合適的（原本想着一到酒店好好休息，結果折騰了沒法休息）；3.最崩潰的是晚上，我睡眠質量不好，夜裡快十二點突然房間裏發出轟隆轟的怪聲，開始還以為是哪兒半夜突然裝修，打電話給前台，才得知是水箱還是什麼機器發動機的聲音，説給我換房間，先是給我換了一間裝修味和煙味都很大的房間，真是……然後又換了一間三樓房房間，這已經快十二點半了，睡意全無……早上五點多路邊車輛的聲音又把我吵醒了。這 1 分是給服務人員的，服務人員處理問題的態度確實很好，可是解決不了問題。
帶小孩，睡眠質量不好的客人慎選！！！
