房屋裝修時尚，冰箱，洗衣機，做飯的電磁爐設備齊全，可以自己做飯。尤其是有曬衣架，曬衣物很方便。服務也很好。

老闆年輕有為，比較熱情，位置就在地鐵口，交通非常方便，房間寬敞，價格實惠，確實不錯。

1.前台在一個理髮店裡就離譜，酒店名字也對不上，從頭到尾都沒有看到過"大贏商務"這幾個字，合理懷疑是那種差評多到一定地步就改名再重開的店，安全性不高
2.住了兩天，中間沒有人來打掃衞生，也沒有人補充洗漱用品衞生紙和軟水，房間自始至終就衹有兩瓶軟水一小卷衞生紙和半包抽紙
3.環境就是那種商用公寓改成的酒店，旁邊有很多商用店鋪，人員進出複雜，進門就是衞生間和開放式廚房然後是客廳裏面是卧室，客廳和卧室中間還有一堵牆，空調衹在卧室裏有，涼氣基本上很難散出來，上廁所跟汗蒸沒區別，中間客廳區域又熱還沒有光線，佈局極其雞肋
4.服務約等於沒有，態度也不咋地，位置説是在公元時代城對面，其實嚴格來説是對角線的對面，不在意以上的可以湊合臨時落腳
