GGuest UserCould not fault this place. We had booked a bigger room, but it was on the main street, so decided not to take the risk. A slight downgrade was organised swiftly. Room very comfortable, with a nice big bathroom. A well equipped gym where I seemed to be the only user. Breakfast passable with toast, fruits, cereal, coffee and baked goods. We extended our stay to 4 nights. The service at the front desk, room servicing, breakfast was exemplary. The room maid left me a lovely book marker as she saw my lonely planet. (btw, LP mentions a restaurant at the start of the bu xing jie; I wouldn't bother).Hotel is 1km west of Tiyuguan metro station on line 2. Line 1 yet to open. Two stations north brings you 400m from Bell Tower Street, a bu xing jie where there are heaps of great eating places. One station north of Tiyuguan, then east as far as possible gets you to the old Taiyuan train station. Buses 308 or 804 (slow trip) gets you to JinCi Si; well worth the trip even just to see a 3,000yo tree

TTracie WestMy stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

It’s my first time staying at Kempinski. It has a strong old-fashioned atmosphere, which young people may find a bit old-fashioned. But the service and hardware facilities are very good, and the cost-effectiveness of staying in the off-season is very high [heart]
Location: Close to Changfeng Street subway station, about 100 to 200 meters away, and also close to Binhe Expressway, very convenient for driving and public transportation.
Decoration style: It's quite standard. In the eyes of those who like it, it is steady and elegant, and it is the result of years of accumulation. Those who don't like it think it is old-fashioned and has no novelty [laughing and crying]. But the furniture is of high quality, with a bit of old money style.
Hardware facilities: Impeccable, with a gym and swimming pool, all of which are large in size. The room is big enough. I stayed in a deluxe view room. I like the layout very much. There are huge floor-to-ceiling windows, three separate washing areas, and a bathtub next to the window, so you can have a clear view of the night view. The interior is also unambiguous, with electric curtains, smart switches, top-tier brand sanitary ware, wall-mounted toilets and the quality of the toiletries are also online. The most important thing is that the bedding is very comfortable, the mattress and pillow are moderately soft and hard, and I slept soundly [laughing and crying]
Service: This is even better. Free drinks in the minibar, turndown service, cultural and creative gifts when leaving the hotel, all kinds of problems can be handled quickly, the service staff in all parts of the hotel are polite, and the happiest thing is that the room type was upgraded for free [laughing and crying]

CChifanbuchicai-As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk greeted me warmly. The staff was very nice. Since the hotel room was not cleaned, they helped me upgrade to a king-size bed room for free. They also gave me souvenirs, which were very convenient to take with me.
The hotel room is also very large. The shampoo and shower gel are all travel-sized. If you can't use them up, you can take them away! The room is spacious and the hygiene is in place. Every little corner is taken care of and it is cleaned very cleanly. TTheTravelShowThe hotel itself is located out in the far Northeast of the city, in a quiet location, but easily accessible by the fast roads. It is opposite a shopping mall with everything you need such as coffee shop, fast food etc. Conveniece store also just across the street. Check-in was easy and straight-forward and the hotel is clean and modern. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed and the best thing was the amazing bed, which was super-comfortable!
Breakfast is excellent and has both Western and Chinese buffet options. Plenty of choice here!
Service was fantastic for this stay. The second day we had a power blackout for an hour or so because of engineers across the street. The staff dealt with it very well and made sure I was looked after. Swimming pool is good too. Recommend.

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, I went to Taiyuan and booked Yuantuo Hotel online. The hotel is in a prime location, right in Liuxiang, with Gulou Street at the door, making shopping very convenient. The hotel hardware is very good, with smart toilets, electric curtains, smart electric kettles, robot delivery, large projection, and the decoration is also very regular. Souvenirs were given when checking in, making the guests feel very warm. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties, Shanxi specialty meals, and good service. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the procedures are fast.
The shortcomings are that there is no toilet in the reception hall on the first floor, which is hard to understand. The beer and fruit plate gift package sent to the room was asked twice, and it was said to be on the fourth floor outside, and it was not found in the end. Since it is free, why not give it to the hotel? The smart toilet and kettle should be posted with instructions for use, and older guests don’t know how to use it. The projection cannot watch live TV, and it is basically paid, and the availability is not high. I called the front desk at 10 o'clock in the evening, but no one answered. I asked the next day, and the front desk said it was impossible. The customer service was also very polite, but I always felt uncomfortable.
