We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and view is amazing. Only topic to improve is to let the people eat and drink at the pool bar to enjoy the views as this bar isn’t open and nothing served.

There are no problems with the hotel's hardware and service staff. I just feel that the on-the-job education of young employees needs to be strengthened. Maybe I was unlucky enough to encounter the night shift counter. The correspondence at the pool counter was very poor. My daughter goes to a boarding school near the hotel, so we need I often go to Taitung to visit my daughter. I hope I won’t encounter any unpleasant things again next time I stay there.

Although the dinner was a set meal, I was a little disappointed, but it was delicious and seasoned just right. For breakfast, it was the first time I encountered a restaurant where I had to find a seat by myself. I had to avoid dining with group guests so as not to ruin my mood. The food was on the heavy side. Overall this is a good hotel.

It is quite close to Taitung Station. The room is spacious and has a good view (10th floor). The bathroom and toilet are separated from wet and dry, and a bathtub is also provided. Breakfast is available until 11 o'clock, which is very good. Only the sound insulation effect is slightly poor.

I made a quick trip with my husband. The environment of Tomino Hot Spring Club is really good. I slept comfortably. My skin felt smooth after soaking in the hot spring water. They also thoughtfully prepared body lotion in the room. It was so touching. My favorite is the outside seating area. It’s a great place to sit outside at night and watch the stars and chat with your family. The only pity is that the bathtub is relatively old, and there is nothing else to say.

I checked into pet room 103 that day. There was no smell in the room but there were some spider webs in the lamp. The hot spring pool is in an outdoor space, and there will be more mosquitoes, but the hotel provides mosquito coils for outdoor use, which is very considerate. If pets want to take a walk, there is a grass area outside the room for pets to walk (I highly recommend this); Lu Ming really takes care of pets. Changing pads and bowls are provided in the room, and the refrigerator comes with a pack of pet chicken breasts, which is very considerate❤️

Had a super good deal (price for the room) on trip.com. Would recommend this hotel for sure to everyone who visit Taitung. Great location (city center). Love the design of the hotel. Nice relaxing space, big shared kitchen, green and open. There is a laundry area (to be paid for the wash machine and dryer). The staff is very friendly. Specially the girl at the reception when I checked out, could change my non-used voucher for a souvenir from the hotel (bag). The best hotel (price and quality) during my 9 days trip through Taiwan (Taipei, Hualien, Taitung, Kaohsiung, Tainan).

Great hotel with really comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. Overall really comfortable. Staff were pleasant but not overly nice. I was able to store my bicycle next to the lobby overnight. Good location downtown and walking distance (10mins) to the night market but lots of restaurants nearby.

Because we arrived late, we used the self-check in method, and the owner was very enthusiastic to explain that the location of the homestay is near the train station. Although we have to walk, it is an acceptable distance for children. Breakfast is a set-style burger.🍔 + milk tea is also quite delicious. This time I stayed in the Tonto room, very cute ❤️

I remember that the first time I stayed in Kangqiao was in Kaohsiung. This time I chose Kangqiao in Taitung and it felt very warm. In addition to breakfast, it also provides dinner and 24-hour coffee and ice cream. In particular, the administrative staff and restaurant service staff are very friendly and courteous. The hotel is clean and in a good location. There are many places to eat outside and it's not far to walk. It's just that the sound insulation is really not very good. There are water dispensers on every floor, and you can drink ice water! It’s really needed in Taitung (bonus points)! ! The water is quite delicious. There are free bicycles you can borrow, which is very convenient for people who don’t have transportation to travel alone. It saves money and effort. You can ride to the beach or go around to see the scenery. It is recommended that the bicycle be inspected regularly, especially the chain and brake pads. The one I borrowed was in a serious condition of rust and wear. For safety reasons, it is better to check it again before riding. Overall satisfied!
