The boss and his wife were very enthusiastic, and they were happy to chat and helped me prepare breakfast (I didn't order food that day). The room is on the first floor. Although it is not big, there is no less, but the door is facing the kitchen. People who are used to getting up late may hear the sound of breakfast. If they are used to getting up early, it will not affect them. Thank you for the warm hospitality of the boss and his wife.

Our first trip to Zhiben Hot Springs, we chose to stay at Zhiben Fuli Resort Hotel for one night, which I think was a wise choice. From the pick-up at Zhiben Railway Station, to check-in, to hotel facilities and breakfast provided by the hotel, we have the best service. When checking in, the lady at the counter kindly informed us that if we wanted to use the spa facilities, we would be advised to change into our swimsuit in the room, as there were a limited number of changing rooms in the spa area. I personally felt that it was helpful to be informed of this information in advance. When using the Spa area, lifeguards often remind tourists not to sit at the entrances and exits of the pools. This is a very thoughtful service, because in the hot spring clubs I have visited, each entrance and exit of the pools are usually crowded with people, making it difficult to enter and exit. The breakfast was rich and varied, we were very satisfied and look forward to visiting again.

The Zhiben Hot Spring area is quite affordable and has parking spaces. It's just that I feel that this area has been deserted recently, with fewer tourists. But it's nice to come here occasionally to take a bath. Looking out the window of the room is a green mountain, which makes you feel relaxed.

The location is in southern Taidung. Consider the fact that Taidung require 2hour driving from north to south, this location make it little difficult to see northern Taidung attractions. But the hot spring in this town is the best. The hot spring in this hotel use genuine underground hot spring water, your skin can feel the difference while enjoying it.

A famous hot spring hotel in Zhiben Hot Spring District, it has a beautiful environment and is large, with many hot spring pools for you to soak in. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet was quite rich. It is also convenient to buy drinks and snacks near 7-11.

Overall, my stay was quite good. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, offering a fantastic variety of options. The hotel also offered plenty of complimentary activities throughout the day, which are perfect for families with kids. All the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable. The only downside was the mattress in the room; it was uncomfortable and felt quite sloped/sagging.

We stayed at Hotel Royal Chihpen, which is truly a resort-style hotel offering a wide array of activities. A standout feature was the in-room hot spring bath, complete with a beautiful stone tub – absolutely wonderful. The hotel also provides both indoor and outdoor hot spring facilities. The swimming and spa pools were generously sized, which was another great advantage.
