The room for 4 people is clean and simple in style. It is spacious and has a lot of space for a mahjong table and a 3-seater sofa. The bathroom has a bathtub for taking a bath. You can also park a motorcycle on the first floor. You don’t have to worry about taking a shower. It is highly recommended. .

Had a super good deal (price for the room) on trip.com. Would recommend this hotel for sure to everyone who visit Taitung. Great location (city center). Love the design of the hotel. Nice relaxing space, big shared kitchen, green and open. There is a laundry area (to be paid for the wash machine and dryer). The staff is very friendly. Specially the girl at the reception when I checked out, could change my non-used voucher for a souvenir from the hotel (bag). The best hotel (price and quality) during my 9 days trip through Taiwan (Taipei, Hualien, Taitung, Kaohsiung, Tainan).

The location is in the city. It is very convenient for shopping. There are parking spaces, but there are only about 12 spaces. You can park in the temple opposite... The interior of the room is clean. The paintings on the wall are very realistic. I thought they were stickers. They are quite nice

The service staff at Taitung Kangqiao are very kind, especially the snack time and breakfast provided in the evening, which makes people look forward to and grateful☺️. Seeing the guests chatting happily, whether they are parents and children, couples or couples, all smiles😊makes you feel happy😀 Will come again if I have the chance!

I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

The location is very convenient, Tiehua Village is next door. There are drinks and snacks available in the rest area next to the lobby; the bathroom uses soft water equipment, with sufficient water pressure and hot water, making it comfortable to wash, but there is no dry and wet separation; the breakfast is very rich, with a variety of Chinese and Western dishes, delicious! The hotel's own parking lot is some distance away. Showtime Cinema is also nearby, where you can go and watch movies. The counter staff are friendly and provide good service.

The hotel is large, but there are not many guests staying there. I was the only one who enjoyed the public pool that night (you can also soak in the hot spring in the room). Although the hotel is relatively old, it also means that the room has a certain square footage, and the room is spacious and The bathroom is not bad. It can be reached from Zhiben Railway Station to Zhiben Hot Spring, which is very convenient even for travelers who do not drive. p.s. Swimming suits and swimming caps are required in public pools.

Nowadays, the inverter air-conditioners are silent. Sleep is really important for travelers😤

I arrived early at 1500 on the same day and checked in without notice. I was very satisfied and checked in very quickly. The service attitude was great. I can drive by myself. There is a parking lot. Parking is very convenient. The room is clean and the air conditioner is strong and cold. The shower has a large amount of water and is crispy. The breakfast is simple. The room is average, under every place, such as under the long table of the TV, under the chair, and under the cabinet next to the bed, it seems that it has not been swept for a long time, and it has been sucked into the dust at night. Like last year, the same room we went to the year before seemed to be different. The clean and comfortable past was gone, which was a pity!
