The hotel's location is great – right next to the bustling area, so you get the convenience without all the noise. The staff were all very friendly, and the room's floor was spotless. My only real complaints are that the AC in the room was pretty weak, and I did spot a cockroach in the bathroom. Don't worry, I made sure it won't be bothering anyone else!

The hotel switched my reservation to another hotel without prior notification due to its renovation process. It added extra complications to our experience. The hotel was not bad and location was good too. It’ll be better if the communication was handled in a more efficient manner.
