民宿位於池上火車站走出來不用三分鐘的地方，旁邊就是7-11，附近也有很多小吃店、冰店、飲料店，非常方便。服務人員（管家）態度非常友善親切，一開始辦理入住，有非常清楚的指引與協助，後續遇到的房況問題，及提出的每項需求，也都能盡量協助溝通，並解決問題。房間保留了樹幹，還提供了原木床架，以及上下舖的設計，讓家中小朋友們感到非常新奇與興奮的體驗，雖然也因為床板較為老舊會掉木屑、床沿有些裂縫容易割傷，浴室是較為簡單無分離式拉簾的設施，不適合放置衣物會噴濕，使用上較為不便。另外，可能內部有個對外小窗戶（看出去可能是天井還是防火巷）較易引來昆蟲，建議將來可以增加紗窗，或是房務清潔更加留意，那就更好了。當然這些美中不足之處可能也是背包客棧較為便宜的主因。最後，還是感謝管家提供很多旅遊美食建議。

整理車袋和打氣都不用擔心下雨
自助辦理入住很方便
房間要插房卡才能有電 冷氣和燈才會運作
房卡和鑰匙是一整串在一起的
房間空間足夠 有一張椅子和一個矮桌
有附許多衣架和掛勾
走廊空間 洗手台區的燈是感應的
人少的時候 （當天感覺整棟只有我）有點暗
女生專用的浴室 馬桶座墊和洗臉台的鏡前架 用衛生紙沾水擦有些黃褐色的漬 但肉眼看都蠻正常的 不確定是什麼
沐浴乳的按壓按鈕壓不動 但洗髮精的按鈕是正常的
不過我自己習慣帶肥皂 所以沐浴乳的問題不影響我
吹風機的線整理得超工整 整個洗手區都很整齊美觀
有冰箱可以使用 一樓也有飲水機
廁所和房間 都蠻好看的
離車站很近 但我覺得沒有聲音
可能剛好班次也不算多

Friendly and helpful front desk staff, just 3-5 mins walk from train station. Cosy and comfy rooms. Shower is hot enough. Easy to get around.

It was a self-service inn. The entrance door was locked, so a guest inside opened it for me and I was able to enter. A ********* person who came after me also had trouble getting in. I still don't know how I was supposed to get in. It's conveniently located near the station. There's also a bicycle rental shop nearby, so if you rent an electric bike, you won't have any trouble getting around the town, including the rice fields and ponds.
