一入住就看到一隻死掉的蟑螂，想說既然是死的，就沒跟飯店反應，結果隔天要退房，又不知什麼時候冒出第二隻死掉的蟑螂，退房時才跟櫃檯小姐反應，她只笑笑的說，抱歉喔……一堆廢話，壓根好像很正常的様子，因此對這間飯店的乾淨度打了很大的問號

鹿野綺麗渡假村真的很舒適，房間很大，泡湯的浴池也超讚還可以欣賞美麗的山景 ，飯店2樓的遊戲區和桌球室以及戶外的游泳池都很好玩，下次有機會一定再入住。

There were not many people staying in the hotel, but the environment was still kept very clean. I had a lot of fun soaking in the outdoor hot spring because it was like renting the whole place. I hope the visitor rate of such a good resort can increase
