The hotel counter service is friendly and helpful. The overall feeling of the hotel is new and clean. The location is convenient. It is just opposite the train station and can be reached on foot. There is a car rental company next door. The mattress is comfortable to sleep on.

TERRIBLE experience, won't recommend,
9:30 pm back to homstay , water dispenser is broken no one cares about it even I call homestay thru Line/wtapp , they won't response, finally, call trip.com to contact them whereas homestay staff were off, any problem can only process on next day morning 10 , it is impossible no drinking water for the whole night, there is no convenience store nearby, need to ride a bike 10 mins to buy drinking water, I'm really anxious.

During this trip to Taitung, the accommodation was average. There were noises at night, and there were noises upstairs. I couldn't sleep. It was the worst sleeping environment. I will not stay here again in the future. The cleaning staff was very considerate.
